To use PlayStation Accessories, you can connect your controller via Bluetooth or USB, or link several at once, which is ideal for multiplayer games or to update the firmware of all of them. Thanks to the firmware update feature in PlayStation Accessories, you do not need to own a PS5 to keep your controller updated to the latest version.

Customized buttons and profiles for each controller

Once you have connected a controller, you'll see the controller number that the app has assigned to each one. You can also check the battery level or if an update is available. For the DualSense Edge, you can also customize what each button on the controller does. These button assignments can be saved in profiles that you can switch between with a single tap of the screen. This way, you can adjust the button settings for different games, such as shooters, racing games, strategy games, sports games, and so on.
